The firm is absolutely compassionate about real estate property and we are earnestly and consistently focus on extending our help to our valued clients in generating positive cash flow from their rental incomes. Also, the firm collaborates with our business partners to provide a platform for business valuation as well as ship / vessel appraisal.
Whilst Lordway Property Consultant is a sole proprietor company established in the same year under the same ownership. The firm is registered with the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers. The firm carry on the business as real estate property valuation such as mortgage valuation, capital valuation for sale and purchase, rental valuation for leasing and letting, fire insurance valuation, valuation for auction reserve, valuation for rating, negotiation of annual value with the local authority, valuation for land acquisition purposes and others related valuation.
